Tips before using your kayak:
1/ Check the operation of the pump gauge: Your pump gauge works from a certain pressure within the kayak. It is normal that at the beginning of inflating your kayak, the needle does not move as the pressure is insufficient in your paddle. During the first use, we recommend blocking the inflation nozzle with your hand and operating your pump: this will allow you to pressurize your gauge, which will make the needle move and verify that it is functioning correctly.
2/ Tightening the kayak valve: We recommend tightening your inflation valve on your kayak before the first use. Use the 6-sided tightening key provided with your kayak, making a quarter turn.
