The Apeks Exotec stabilising jacket is a revolution in diving comfort, functionality, and appealing technical design. 

The philosophy behind Exotec is the synthesis of equipment and the diver.

Designed to fit like no other jacket and adapt to the natural movement of the diver's body, thanks to the innovative BioReact articulation.

Built with the usual high-quality construction of Apeks, the Exotec APEKS stab is a paradigm of form and function. 

• Articulated size system BioReact for maximum comfort and freedom of movement.
• The Exotec is a modular stabilising jacket, designed to be repaired rather than replaced. All components and straps are modular and can be easily changed.
• PSD technology: The bladder is made from ultra-durable Armourguard fabric. It is extremely durable and does not absorb water. The bladder is made from super durable Armourguard slick skin for increased abrasion resistance, faster drying, and reduced risk of bacterial growth due to its smooth surface.
• The Grip Tek fabric keeps the stabilising jacket in place both on the surface and underwater.
• Wrapture system: The Wrapture harness system works in harmony with the articulated BioReact waist, allowing for a "standing" use when you are out of the water, with the weight of the tank evenly distributed across your hips.
• The G-Hook system allows you to open and close the chest strap with one hand.
• Multiple adjustments allow for a customised fit of the EXOTEC APEKS stabilising jacket: shoulder size adjustments as well as on each side of the waist strap allow for a personalised fit for one of the 3 available sizes.
• The anodised aluminium fittings are both strong and lightweight.
• The adjustable height backplate with 3 positions allows for optimal adjustment.
• Adjustable size at the waist and shoulders.
• 2 large pockets can be folded flat when not in use to reduce drag.
• The SureLock II weight release system (patented) ensures secure release in one motion. Inserting weights is as simple as a click. With SureLock, your weights are securely attached to the stabilising jacket. Once engaged, the only way to release the weight is to pull the handle.
• A total of 4 dump valves, one in each corner. 3 are exclusive, very streamlined and efficient flat valves. The dump valve at the top left is the quick release valve located at the top of the Powerline inflator.
• The entire Powerline inflator has one of the fastest inflation rates in the industry. This environmentally sealed unit has built-in clips to keep the LP inflation hose secure.
• An elastic retraction system is used to pull on the sides of the bladder during deflation. This keeps the EXOTEX jacket well streamlined and thus reduces drag.

This stabilising jacket has been manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the CE regulation 2014/A1: 2016 for PPE (category 2) following the NF EN 1809 standard.
