Allen Bradley Guardmaster 440N-G02075 Ferrogard Non-Contact Safety SwitchMaximise protection for equipment and machine operators by using the 440N-G02075 Ferrogard Non-Contact Safety Switch by Allen Bradley Guardmaster with your machine guard door. This magnetically actuated switch offers superior security and stability as it combines the reliability of non-contact switches with a high tolerance to door misalignment.The 440N-G02075 Ferrogard safety switch has 1NC safety contact and a 4m cable. The safety contact switching capability is 24V DC at 1 A current. It has slim FRS 9 housings made of durable moulded ABS plastic, in red, and is perfectly suited for narrow mounting areas. The enclosure is sealed to IP67 (NEMA 6P), which ensures that it is dust-proof and can withstand temporary immersion in water. The operating distance for this safety switch is 12mm (make), 23mm (break). Unlike other magnetic switches the Ferrogard has protected safety contacts to ensure that it does not fail to danger. How it works: The magnetic actuator is withdrawn from the switch when the safety barrier is released. This opens the NC safety contact which then isolates power to the machine.
