W403 (Chlor 12%) is used to control and remove bacterial flora to meet the essential requirements for drinking water.

Detailed Specifications	Dosage 0,2 ppm of Residual Active Chlorine as assessed by DPD method. Tablets of ortho-tolidine should always be present at the farthest point from place of application in the ship or pipeline. Residual chlorine in drinking water tanks should range between 0,5 and 2 (maximum) PPM to ensure a wide range of antibacterial protection. To obtain 2 ppm in a drinking water tank, put 20cc of W403 (corresponding to approximately 20 pump strokes of the proportioning pump) into every cubic meter of water. W403 may either be dosed manually with a suitable dosing pump, or automatically upon water loading by means of a proportioning system utilizing a pulse water meter connected to a special proportioning pump.
