The new generation of the MFS9.9C engine is equipped with an electronic fuel injection system (EFI = Electronic Fuel Injection) for the first time in the 200cc category!

The 9.9 hp EFI models are the lightest twin-cylinder engines on the market with improved features compared to their predecessors. 

The introduction of electronic fuel injection on these engines has allowed for improvements in:

-fuel consumption compared to the traditional carburettor model: fuel consumption reduction of up to 35%.

-increased engine torque by 20%.

Weighing 38.5 kg in short shaft, it is on average 13% lighter than other competing engines.

The Tohatsu 4-stroke outboard engine - twin-cylinder - 9.9 hp is designed to provide efficient and reliable propulsion for small boats.

With a power of 9.9 horsepower and a compact design, this engine is ideal for tenders and fishing boats.

It is equipped with a manual or electric starting system, depending on the selected model, which is easy to use.

The engine features a 12L fuel tank supplied with the engine.

Its water cooling system provides optimal performance and a long lifespan.

Its lightweight and portable design allows for easy installation and transport.

The ergonomic handle of the tiller includes a forward, neutral, and reverse gear lever, a stop switch, and throttle friction adjustment.

In addition to a sharper overall appearance, the new transport handle features a surface increased by 40% and a smooth shape to reduce pressure when carrying by hand.

As with other Tohatsu models, the flushing port has been moved to the central part. Flushing with fresh water is now easier than ever for better maintenance 

The Tohatsu 9.9 hp complies with the strictest environmental standards, ensuring clean and environmentally friendly navigation.
