Even if your TEMO·450 is waterproof (certified IP67), it will sink instantly if you let it go.

The buoyancy kit for the TEMO·450 has been designed to bring your outboard motor to the surface.

With this buoyancy kit made in France, you can install and handle your motor without the risk of it sinking to the bottom.

For example:

- If your motor slips from your hands at the back of a dinghy panel, it won't even submerge and will remain on the surface of the water.

- If it sinks from a little higher (1.5 to 2 metres), from the deck of a sailing boat, it will submerge for one to two seconds and will rise vertically: the handle will come up first, followed by the grey tube.

You will gain peace of mind with this accessory, especially if the sea is rough or if you are not used to handling your thruster.

The buoyancy kit also helps protect your electric motor from bumps and scratches.

Finally, know that the transport cover for the TEMO·450 has been sized to accommodate your thruster with its buoyancy kit installed.
