SOLOPLAST bodywork repair pack - Reinforced putty - Putty and finishing primer

Composed of a type V11 reinforced filler, a finishing filler, and a finishing primer, this SOLOPLAST Pack is specially designed to effectively fill your bodywork holes. Use the reinforced filler to fill the hole, then sand with an abrasive, apply the finishing filler, and sand this time with a fine-grit abrasive. Finish by applying the finishing primer to the treated surface before your identical colour paint.

Type V11 reinforced polyester filler:

• Excellent adhesion
• Quick curing regardless of thickness
• Very good resistance due to the incorporated glass fibres
• Easy cleaning with acetone

Finishing filler:

• Fast curing and excellent sandability (sands quickly and easily, achieving a smooth surface)
• Easy cleaning with acetone

Type V11 reinforced polyester filler:

• Resin loaded with glass fibres
• For bonding, repairs, or sealing on practically all materials: wood, metal, composites, stone, cement...
• Content: 660 g (hardener included)
• Working time: 5 minutes at 20°C; at higher temperatures or with more hardener, this time decreases
• Pot life at 20°C: 4 to 5 minutes after adding 2 to 3% of BPO paste hardener
• Storage: at least 12 months at 20°C in the original closed container

Soloplast finishing primer:

• Content: 400ml
• Colour: grey
• Quick repair and perfect finish before painting
• Removes all micro-scratches
• Fast drying

Finishing filler:

• Content: 179 g
• Colour: white
• Pot life: 4 to 5 minutes
• Addition of 2 to 3% of BPO paste hardener
• The treated area can be sanded 20 minutes after application
• Resistant up to 80°C
