JOINT UNIFLEX 310ML - YACHTCARE

Marine bonding and sealing joint

UNIFLEX MARINE is a one-component, solvent-free bonding and sealing sealant with durable elasticity, featuring excellent adhesive power, which cures under the action of moisture in the air.

After curing, the bonded or sealed parts can also be sanded.

Can be directly painted, wet on wet, with most paints (alkyd resin-based paints are not recommended).

Particularly resistant to moisture and weather conditions and therefore to water (including seawater) as well as weak acids and bases over the long term.

UNIFLEX MARINE does not yellow and is resistant to seawater, UV rays, and temperatures from -40°C to +90°C.

It allows for very good bonding with wood, many metals, and synthetic materials and has very good adhesive power.

Resistance to fuels and mineral oils is however limited over time.

Available in black or white.

Technical Characteristics: 

Application temperature: +5° to 35°C

Skin formation: after 30-40 minutes

Curing: 2.5 to 3 mm/day

Elongation at break: approx. 450%
