This Sikatop 121 Surfacing mortar is a high-performance two-component product that is easy to apply, ideal for surfacing and repairs in contact with water, including drinking water. This product adheres to many materials and has a finished appearance that is "ready to paint". In substrate preparation, it will be excellent for filling and surfacing before painting or applying resins. For thin repairs, it is suitable for building works such as repairs to parapets, balconies, columns, walls... As a waterproofing mortar, it can be used to execute a low-thickness waterproofing coating on concrete or mortar substrates and can withstand pressures or suction pressures. It will also be ideal for creating tanking and waterproofing basements, cellars, swimming pools, water reservoirs...
