The SIKA SikaSeal-145 waterproofing coating is perfect for your tanking projects. Indeed, this product is suitable for both new works and renovations. It is used inside the submerged parts of concrete structures to prevent pressurised water from penetrating these structures. Following the water-to-binder ratio, your hydraulic mortar will become a fine thixotropic mortar, meaning it can transition from a liquid state to a solid state under constant stress.
