ThisSIKA SikaMonoTop-3400 Abraroc repair mortar is a structural repair mortar based on a single-component hydraulic PMES binder that can be applied manually or by machine, offering high resistance to hydraulic abrasion. It is suitable for structures subjected to hydraulic abrasion, water retention structures (pH>4), those exposed to severe abrasion and mechanical loads, road and motorway works, drainage channels, silos, and for reinforcement and repair works.

• Ready to mix with water
• High abrasion resistance (classification A6)
• High resistance to hydraulic abrasion (equivalent to granite)
• Resistant to seawater and aggressive waters
• Applicable up to 50 mm thick in one pass in vertical and horizontal applications
• Can be applied manually or by spraying (wet or dry method)

• Chemical base: Sulfate-resistant cement, fibres, additives, and selected abrasion-resistant aggregates
• Fresh mortar density: ≈ 2.25 kg/l
• Application temperature: +5°C to +30°C
• Shelf life: 12 months in its original unopened packaging
