The SIKA quick-setting activator - 4a - 2L is a liquid that significantly accelerates cement and protects it against aggressive water action (pure marsh selenite, etc.). It allows for the application of coatings on dripping surfaces, waterproofing of surfaces, and accelerates the setting of mortars.
