Thismarine sealant SIKA Sikaflex 291i - White - 300ml has excellent adhesion and high resistance to saltwater, making it ideal for marine sealing work. With outstanding filling properties, once dry it can be painted. It is a versatile assembly product used in shipbuilding, suitable for creating flexible seals that are resistant to vibrations both indoors and outdoors. Sikaflex®-291i has a strong adhesive power on the main substrates used in shipbuilding: wood, metals, primers and paints (two-component), ceramics, as well as plastics (GRP, etc.). However, it should not be used on plastics prone to stress cracking. This product has a low flame spread in accordance with the standards set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
