The high-performance sealant SIKA SikaHyflex 250 Façade is easy to apply and easy to smooth. It is ideal for elastic sealing work and expansion joints. Of very good quality and high performance, this product adheres to many substrates and withstands the elements very well for an extended lifespan. This product is rated A+ "very low emissions" on the volatile organic compound emission index, which presents an inhalation toxicity risk on a scale from A+ (very low emissions) to C (high emissions).
