The high-performance sealant SIKA SikaHyflex 250 Façade is easy to apply and easy to smooth. It is ideal for elastic sealing work and expansion joints. Of very good quality and high performance, this product adheres to many substrates and withstands the elements very well for an extended lifespan. This product is rated A+ "very low emissions" on the index of volatile substance emissions in the air presenting a risk of inhalation toxicity on a class scale ranging from A+ (very low emissions) to C (high emissions).
