SICK Guided Level SensorThe SICK Guided level radar is a vertical mounting level sensor. It uses TDR technology, a process for determining the time of flight of electromagnetic waves. The time difference between the sent pulse and the reflected pulse is used to generate a level signal. The sensor can emit this as a continuous measured value (analogy output) and a freely positional switching point (switching output). It is used virtually, in any liquid. Also, the sensor can be integrated quickly into any application. It has an operating voltage of 12VDC to 30VDC.Features and BenefitsNo mechanical moving parts Interchangeable and retractable probe from 200mm to 2,000mm and cable probe up to 4,000mm Resistant to deposit formation Process temperature up to 100°C, process pressure up to 10bar 3-in-1: combined display, analogue output (according to NAMUR NE 43) and binary output Four button set-up No requirement for calibration or re-calibration Simultaneous level detection and continuous monitoring output capability High Accuracy measurement in difficult conditions Compact design Rotatable housing Probe length can be easily modified to suit application Output signal: 4mA to 20mA and 0V to10V automatic switching depending on the loadApplicationsIt can even be used in deposit-forming and foaming liquids The device is designed for hygienic applications and are CIP and SIP resistantCertificationsIP67 rated EN 60529 CE certified UL listed EN 61326-2-3, 2014/30/EU
