SCREEN SEAC SUB Dive Computer
Dive into the large and readable screen of the new SCREEN SEAC SUB computer, multi-gas and multifunction with an extra-large and extra-readable display… Ideal for easy reading at any age!
The Seac Screen is a new dive computer aimed at clarity and ease of reading all data related to the dive profile. The large screen displays all relevant information on a single screen, with readable and distinct characters.
The contrast and brightness can be adjusted, as well as the mode (automatic or manual) and the backlight time (from 2” to 60”). The display measurements of the screen are 4 x 4.7cm and it is protected by a solid case covered in rubber. Dial dimensions are 6.7 x 7cm. The strap is long and designed to attach the Seac Screen even over a wetsuit. Total length, at the opposite end of the loop: approximately 36 cm. The two well-defined front buttons allow for quick and easy use of the Seac Screen even with very thick gloves.
The Seac Screen operates in three modes: Scuba, Gauge, and Free...
- In Scuba mode, the dive profile is automatically managed according to the Bühlmann ZHL-16C decompression algorithm. It supports the management of 1 or 2 mixes (air, nitrox, and other mixes with up to 99% O2), alerting the user at the most appropriate time to make the change. Audible and visual alarms in case of decompression stop violations, excessive ascent speed, or exceeding the maximum allowable depth with the used mixes. -
- In Gauge mode, the Seac Screen computer shows a depth gauge and timer for total autonomy in dive management for the most experienced divers.
- In Free mode, those practicing freediving can display surface and dive time, current depth, and maximum depth reached during the session.
The Seac Screen immersion planner allows simulating and planning a dive by displaying the NDL time according to the set depth and other input data (mix, maximum PpO2, caution level of the algorithm calculation).
The Logbook stores up to 40 hours of immersion in Scuba/Gauge mode or 18 hours in Free mode.
The data and firmware updates are downloadable via a USB cable (cable OPTIONAL) and the free Seac Dive Manager app can be found on the website www.seacsub.com.
The Seac Screen operates with a non-rechargeable CR2450 battery. It can be replaced by the user, but it is advisable to contact an authorized SEAC to change even the original o-ring of the battery compartment.
The SREEN SEAC SUB computer is usable up to a maximum depth of 100 meters, it displays no-fly time calculations and desaturation, the maximum altitude warning, and allows the selection of fresh or saltwater...
