The Sea to Summit Hammock Tree Protector Straps are designed to protect trees from damage when setting up your hammock. These straps are wider than standard hammock straps, measuring 1.5 inches (38mm) in width, to distribute weight evenly and prevent ring-barking of trees. They feature high-strength plated steel buckles that attach securely to the Sea to Summit Suspension Straps (sold separately). The straps are made from high tenacity, non-stretch webbing, ensuring durability and reliability. For easy storage, they pack into a 1.5-inch (40mm) tall Ultra-Sil™ stuff sack.
