This product is specially formulated for finishing polishing of gelcoat and painted surfaces less than 5 years old, exposed to the harsh marine environment.

It removes micro-scratches, holograms, and polishing marks while enhancing the protection and shine of the hull.

The fine RS04 polishing liquid 1L from Riwax is easy to apply, by hand or with a polisher, and leaves no residues.

It is compatible with all types of boats, whether motorised or sailing, and is environmentally friendly.

It is recommended to use the fine RS04 polishing liquid 1L from Riwax in combination with the fine RS06 polishing liquid 1L from the same brand to achieve optimal and lasting results.

In the case of dark gelcoat for hulls less than 5 years old, it is recommended:

• to apply the RS04 polishing liquid to restore the shine to your gelcoat or lacquer.
• to then apply the RS06 polishing liquid which will provide optimal results in terms of shine.
• to finally apply the RS10 protective wax to protect your work from salt spray and UV.

In the case of dark gelcoat for hulls over 10 years old, it is recommended:

Application Method

Shake before use.

Work with a small amount of product on the sanded surface using a polishing machine (1200-1600 rpm on fresh paint), preferably with a damp cloth or a damp blue polishing sponge.

For fresh paint, do not apply pressure.

For older paints, increase the RPM and pressure.

Repeat the application of fine Compound RS04 if necessary.

Continue the treatment until there is no product left.

Remove polishing residues with a microfiber cloth.
