Toproofing (10 Kg): Waterproofing Resin for Flat Roofs

Product Description

Two-component polyurethane resin designed for the waterproofing of concrete structures. After polymerisation, this resin forms an extremely flexible, elastic, high adhesion membrane (900% elasticity). Its mechanical characteristics give it a very high resistance to corrosion and shocks. Continuous, non-shrink coating. Applied over our PoxyFirst primer (highly recommended).

Consumption

On a layer of PoxyFirst still sticky or sanded with 0.3 mm sand, application is done with a notched squeegee 4x4x4 giving a thickness of about 2mm or 2kg/m² necessary to obtain an effective membrane.

Mixing Preparation

Mix the two components for 2.5 to 3 minutes at a speed of 40 rpm with an electric agitator equipped with a helical paddle (right-hand pitch) with a diameter approximately 2.5 times smaller than the diameter of the bucket.
