Product Overview
The ONS (Slow) and ONF (Fast) hardeners accompany Entropy Resins' ONE resin. This resin is specially designed for general laminating, bonding, and coating applications.
The ONE epoxy is USDA BioPreferred® certified, with a biobased content of 30%. It is the ideal choice for fibre-reinforced composites thanks to its low viscosity and excellent debulking properties.
Choice of Hardeners
- ONS (Slow): 43-minute working time at 25°C.
- ONF (Fast): 43-minute working time at 25°C. Ideal for applications requiring rapid polymerisation.
Application Areas
Coating, wood, manual layering, general laminating work, bonding, etc.
Key Benefits
- Versatility: Suitable for a wide variety of applications.
- Low viscosity and debubbling: Guarantees even application with smooth, bubble-free results.
- Environmentally-friendly: Developed with Super Sap technology from renewable raw materials derived from co-products or waste from other industrial processes, Entropy Resins' ONE epoxy resin contains 30% biobased components and is certified by the USDA Certified BioBased Product label.

Application Advice
- Make the mixing ratio of the two components based on the recommended weights.
- Mix the product for at least two minutes, scraping all surfaces of the container to ensure homogeneous mixing.
- Use products in a controlled environment; avoid high humidity and low temperatures.
- For good adhesion, epoxy bonding surfaces must be clean, dry, and sanded.
- If you're unfamiliar with the product, carry out trials before starting a larger-scale project.
Good to Know
During polymerisation, an amine film may appear on the surface in a sticky, oily, or waxy form. It can also reduce adhesion and make sanding more difficult. To remove it, you can use WEST SYSTEM's cleaner.
