The SIS440 sealant from Teakdecking Systems is a one-component polymer with a neutral formulation. Once cured, the seal remains flexible while being strong. Note, the product has a shrinkage of +/- 5%. The SIS440 has excellent thermal stability and chemical resistance. Non-corrosive to any substrate.

The SIS440 sealant has been formulated primarily for teak decks. This polymer offers better adhesion and longevity. The SIS440 exhibits high resistance to UV, chemicals, and ambient temperatures.

The SIS440 is a product tested in both hot and cold climates.

TDS Deck Sealant

TDS Deck Sealant is a one-part, paste-like neutral cure system which when exposed to moisture in the air reacts to form a tough, flexible solid rubber compound. The sealant is a thixotropic material, and when cured, has excellent temperature stability and chemical resistance. Because the sealant is neutral cure, it is non-corrosive to all substrates. No Primer Necessary.
