Product Description

The one-component polyurethane paint is ideal for indoor and outdoor applications; this paint protects and enhances concrete floors as well as swimming pools. It creates a dust-proof coating for surfaces and strengthens substrates. It can be used as both floor paint and for walls (pool walls, window surrounds, stairs, etc.).

Technical Characteristics

Preparation, Mixing and Application

1. Ensure that surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or grease.
2. Pour the catalyst into the paint container, mix with a spatula or stirrer for about 2 minutes.

Application Conditions and Storage

• Ambient temperature: 5°C to 35°C.
• Substrate temperature: at least 3°C.
• Humidity level: must be less than or equal to 5% for concrete, and 8% for wood and chipboard.
• Humidity: max. 75%.
• Storage: Keep in an intact container at an ambient temperature between 15°C and 25°C.
• Shelf life: 12 months.

Substrate Preparation

Substrates must be dry, free from dust, grease, oil, moisture, curing compound, friable or non-adherent parts and they must not undergo capillary rise in moisture. The stripping is done by mechanical action (sanding, planing, shot blasting, diamond sanding).

Preparation of the Mixtures

Pour the catalyst into the paint container, mix with a spatula or stirrer for about 2 minutes.
