  • 40 kg (20 kg resin + 20 kg hardener)

Advantages

  • UV-resistant
  • Customisation: Wide range of aggregate colours available and you can create any pattern you like
  • Comfort: Very pleasant to the touch

Consumption

  • For 25 kg of aggregate (2.5/5 mm) and 1.25 to 1.5 kg of OUTDOORSTONE: the mixture covers approximately 1.5 m² at a thickness of 1 cm.
  • For 25 kg of aggregate (3 mm) and 1.25 to 1.5 kg of OUTDOORSTONE: the mixture covers approximately 2 m² at a thickness of 7 to 8 mm.

Application Advice

  1. Prepare the surfaces: they must be stripped (sandblasted, planed, shot-blasted, diamond sanded). And free of dust, grease, oil, moisture, etc.
  2. Optional steps: Apply POXYFIRST primer (approx. 300 g/m²). A 2nd coat may be necessary on very porous surfaces (150 to 200 g/m²). To ensure good adhesion and ease of application, the primer should be sanded with dry quartz type 0.4/0.8 (Do NOT sand over). After this step, lay the stone carpet the next day.
  3. In a pot, mix half the resin and half the hardener for 2 to 3 minutes at a speed of 400 rpm until a homogeneous mixture is obtained (do not overmix to avoid the risk of exothermia).
  4. Add this mixture to the Marble or Quartz, then mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, following the consumption proportions given above.
  5. Spread the mixture over the floor and smooth with a metal trowel.
  6. Leave to dry for approximately 72 hours.
