G/flex 650

G/flex 650 is a two-part epoxy adhesive that can work on various materials such as: fiberglass, ceramics, metals, plastics, wet and difficult-to-bond wood.

Advantages and Areas of Application:

• Excellent adhesion on difficult-to-bond woods (tropical and domestic woods)
• Ideal for gluing as it adheres to different materials
• Easy to use: 1:1 volume ratio, ideal for epoxy beginners
• Long working time (but cures quickly)
• Great versatility, can be modified with fillers and additives

Ideal for bonding dissimilar materials. It can be modified with WEST SYSTEM fillers and additives and used to wet out tape and fiberglass cloth.

Perfectly suited for repairs of polyethylene or ABS canoes/kayaks.

Formulated to create structural bonds that absorb expansion stresses, impacts, and vibrations.

With a modulus of elasticity of 150,000 PSI, the mixture is slightly more flexible than standard epoxies and polyesters, but much stiffer than adhesive sealants.

Easy to Use:

• The mixing ratio is 1:1.
• Working time is approximately 45 minutes and pot life is 75 minutes at room temperature.
• Cures in 3-4 hours and can be worked after 7-10 hours.
