Product Description

The PRO-SET® low-viscosity LAM-125 epoxy resin & medium-viscosity LAM-135 epoxy resin are versatile systems designed for a wide range of wet lamination applications.

PRO-SET laminating resins are used to produce lightweight, high-performance composite structures that withstand long-term cyclic loading in the most demanding environments.

These epoxies develop excellent physical properties at room temperature and can be post-cured for enhanced performance.

These resins have the ability to adhere to many types of material, including wood, metal and all reinforcing fabrics.

  • Mixed viscosity 25°C: 449-616 MPas
  • Compressive strength: 96 MPa
  • Tensile strength: 70 MPa
  • Tensile elongation: 5.6%
  • Flexural strength: 124 MPa
  • Ultimate Tg by DMA: > 89 °C
  • Ultimate Tg by DSC: > 89.5 °C

Technical Properties LAM-135

  • Medium viscosity: designed for manual wetting, vacuum bagging, filament winding and machine impregnation. Ideal for specific operations such as taping and tabbing in the assembly of composite structures.
  • Mixed viscosity 25°C: 904-1360 MPas
  • Compressive strength: 101 MPa
  • Tensile strength: 74 MPa
  • Tensile elongation: 6.2%
  • Flexural strength: 128 MPa
  • Ultimate Tg by DMA: > 102 °C
  • Ultimate Tg by DSC: > 102.5 °C
