Epoxy WEST SYSTEM is THE epoxy reference! WEST SYSTEM epoxy is watertight, non-shrinking, odourless, solvent-free, more flexible, high adherence to all materials and is adjustable in setting speed.

Resin

Resin 105 is the basis of WEST SYSTEM products from which all components are developed. Transparent liquid epoxy resin, pale yellow, low viscosity. Formulated to impregnate wood fibres, glass fibres and a multitude of materials.

Hardener

Hardener 206 is a low viscosity hardener that becomes a rigid, high strength, moisture resistant solid with excellent bonding and coating properties. It can be used to extend assembly times under ideal working conditions.

Pot Life and Curing Times

Consumption

• for a mixture of 1kg on a porous surface at 25 °C: 6.5 - 7.5 m²
• for a mixture of 1kg on a non-porous surface at 25 °C: 8.5 - 9.5 m²

Caution

For each size of resin can, there is a size of hardener can and a size of corresponding mini pumps. Make sure all cans and the pump have the same letter (A, B, C or D). If you have any doubt, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

Dosing

Mini pumps allow you to pour the exact proportions of resin and hardener. In order to have correct proportions, it is enough to make a resin pressure for a hardener pressure.

Mixing

Mix resin and hardener for two minutes or longer at low temperatures. Scrape the sides and bottom of the pot when mixing.
