Entropy Resins' 305 Epoxy Resin
Entropy Resins' 305 epoxy resin is designed for rapid compression molding, optimizing heat-based processes for fibre-reinforced composites.
The resin features excellent fibre penetration and thixotropic characteristics to limit sagging in high-temperature curing applications.
Thanks to its high modulus, 305 resin has excellent elongation properties, enabling durable, lightweight composite parts.
Epoxy 305 is a USDA BioPreferred product with a 28% biobase content.

Directions for Use
- For best results, make the mixing ratio of the two components based on the weights indicated.
- Mix thoroughly for at least 2 minutes, scraping all surfaces of the container to ensure even mixing.
- Work in a temperature-controlled environment to respect the product's optimum limits. Avoid using the product in environments with cold ambient temperatures or high humidity.
- For optimum curing performance, make sure surfaces are dry and free of dirt, debris and oil. Surface preparation by sanding is strongly recommended.
- Carry out preliminary tests with the materials and processes envisaged to fully understand the curing characteristics of epoxy in your working environment with the materials.
Note
During polymerization, an amine veil may form, with a sticky, waxy or oily appearance. This can reduce adhesion and make sanding more difficult. To remove it, you can use WEST SYSTEM's cleaner.
