Product Description

ADV-170 is a versatile resin and has been developed for general-purpose bonding of a wide variety of materials: wood, aluminium, iron, glass, concrete, stone, steel, copper, phenolic, unglazed ceramics, porcelain. ADV-170 can bond these materials together in various combinations. This adhesive resin is often used in the civil engineering, ceramics and electrical sectors.

Usage Instructions

• Hardener: use ADV-170 resin with ADV-270 hardener.
• Mixing ratio: 1:1 (Resin:Hardener)
• Consistency: thixotropic, pre-thickened makes ADV ideal for vertical/horizontal applications, offering joint filling without sagging.
• Working time: 120 minutes at 22°C
• Polymerization: slow and complete in 8 to 9 hours
• Coverage: 1 kg mixture of ADV-170/ADV-270 covers 1m² at a thickness of 0.8 mm.
• Minimum thickness: 0.4 mm to ensure effective adhesion between surfaces to be bonded.
• Weight options: available in 1kg, 2.5kg, 5kg and 20kg
