ABS POWR-GRIP Lifting Suction Cup Diameter 20 cm with a capacity of 57kg is designed for industrial production and delivery applications. The hand-held suction cup allows you to lift and transport loads, move desks, filing cabinets, or any object with flat surfaces while protecting the material surface from potential damage. The pump and handle are made from ABS polymer (Lexan), making the suction cup lightweight, strong, and rust-resistant.
The N4000 suction cup operates on a manually operated pump system that allows air to be extracted between the rubber disc and the contact surface. The suction cup features a patented vacuum indicator (red line on the A.B.S piston assembly) as well as a retention valve, allowing you to work with confidence and safety. The suction cup completely detaches thanks to its release mechanism.

Instructions for use:

ATTACH:

Place the hand suction cup on the contact surface so that the red line is visible if it appears while you lift the load. WARNING: Test the suction cup on load surfaces with light colours or soft coatings to ensure it does not leave stains or deformities.
Pump the piston until the suction cup is fully attached. When the red line is hidden, the vacuum is sufficient to lift.
Check the piston frequently to ensure the suction cup remains securely attached. If the red line appears while you are lifting, place the load on the ground immediately and pump the piston until the red line is hidden again (see WARNINGS technical sheet).
RELEASE:

Set the load on a solid support.
Pull on one of the release legs (for 6-inch [15 cm] suction cups) or press the release lever (for other suction cups) until the suction cup completely detaches. WARNING: Remove the suction cup when not in use.
