Well designed, the grip of this ergonomic molded ascension handle ensures a grip that is both comfortable and powerful even with thick caving, work, or mountain gloves.

The top part has been redesigned with a focus on ergonomics to allow for a strong grip during two-handed pulls.

The trigger of the Ascension PETZL handle is fully integrated into the body of the blocker to prevent any accidental snagging.

Its corrosion-resistant, stainless steel trigger features a drainage slot to maximize the effectiveness of this PETZL handle-blocker when used on frozen or muddy rope.

Its large lower hole is big enough to easily connect lanyard and footloop carabiners.

The upper hole allows for carabiner attachment to the rope.
