Canyon Guide Harness - PETZL

Designed for canyoning, the CANYON GUIDE PETZL is a comfortable and ergonomic harness intended for expert practitioners and instructors.

It features an openable ventral attachment point allowing optimal integration of equipment (lanyard, ascender, safety link...). The gear loops and slots facilitate the transport of equipment, regardless of the situation (progression, bag management, rescue...). Robust and interchangeable, the protective seat effectively protects the suit and the harness straps from abrasion.

The DOUBLEBACK stainless steel buckles, the metal attachment point, and the reinforced gear loops provide optimal durability for intensive use.

The individual identification card is also reinforced to monitor the harness throughout its lifespan.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Comfortable and ergonomic harness designed for expert practitioners and instructors in canyoning:

• Ergonomic ventral attachment point positioned high to facilitate the connection of the descender and optimise comfort during abseiling.

Openable, the attachment point allows optimal integration of the DUAL CANYON GUIDE lanyard, a safety link, or a CROLL S or L ventral ascender,

• Semi-rigid and wide belt offering comfort and support,
• Adjustment via DOUBLEBACK buckles for smooth and quick tightening,
• Colour code identical to the CANYON CLUB harness to simplify demonstrations,
• Specific marking area inside the belt for easy identification of the harness.

Facilitates the carrying and organisation of equipment:

• Four pre-shaped gear loops, two horizontal and two vertical, to facilitate the transport of equipment,
• Four slots allowing connection of lightweight bags and storage of the descender,
• Slot under the ventral attachment point allowing optimal connection of a heavy bag or to perform a deviation.

It also allows for the recovery of a person during a rescue operation.

• Optimal durability of the metal attachment point,
• Extremely durable and interchangeable protective seat to protect the suit and harness straps from abrasion.

This product has been manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the CE regulation 2016/425 for PPE (category 3) following the EN 12277: 2015 + A1: 2018 UIAA 105: 2018 except §2.2
