The Petzl PRO TRAXION Pulley is a high-efficiency, drop-resistant progress-capture pulley designed for setting up heavy load lifting systems. Its large diameter sheave, mounted on sealed ball bearings, ensures excellent efficiency, making it particularly suitable for hauling heavy loads. The integrated swivel allows the pulley to orient under load, facilitating direct connection to carabiners, ropes, or slings. The triple-action opening of the moving side plate is quick and easy to operate, even with gloves. A red indicator provides a visual warning when the moving side plate is unlocked, and the special side plate design protects the rope path. The toothed cam with a self-cleaning slot optimizes performance under various conditions, such as when ropes are frozen or dirty. The pulley can be used as a simple pulley by locking the cam in the raised position. An auxiliary attachment point allows for the creation of a haul system, and a hole in the cam enables the installation of a remote control cord.
