The PENN Squall II rods are a range of rods designed to cover all styles of drift and trolling fishing from a boat, perfectly matched with the PENN Squall II reels. The blanks are constructed with a monocoque tubular glass blank and a solid tip to help prevent breakage. The SeaGuide stainless steel 3-legged guides with aluminium oxide are extremely durable and will ensure perfect line management during the fight, even with the largest bluefin tuna. For added comfort, the Squall II Boat rods feature a triangular-shaped EVA front grip to reduce rod rotation under pressure. The sturdy graphite maintains a secure grip on the reel, while the gimbal provides increased strength and a secure connection during the fight.

The PENN Squall® II Level Wind builds on the successful first generation and adds key technology to make it the most economical level wind reels on the market. Now featuring PENN®'s exclusive Fast Gear Access side plate, maintenance is more user-friendly than ever for anglers. The Squall® II Level Wind reels also feature a 3 + 1 shielded stainless steel ball bearing system and a HT-100 ™ carbon fibre drag system, fully surrounded by a lightweight graphite frame and side plates.
