CAMINO-108  is the class B AIS transponder of the new generation from AMEC, allowing you to transmit your data to other ships equipped with AIS, and receive their data via a chart plotter or a PC, to create a collision avoidance system.

CAMINO-108 has been designed to provide the solution of a high-performance AIS transponder. The Camino 108 is optimized to be more compact and robust, and now takes up half the size of the previous generation. The integrated 50-channel GPS for indoor use with 3 meters of cable will provide the precise position of our vessel (passive antenna optional)

The dual-channel receivers allow for the monitoring of vessels with a transponder including class A, class B, AtoN, SART.

Its NMEA2000, NMEA0183 and waterproof USB ports ensure simple integration with traceurs and PCs. The housing for an SD card facilitates the recording of AIS data.
