This Mareva pack includes5 kg of calcium hypochlorite granules and Reva-klar clarifying cartridges. These complementary products are essential for the good health of your pool. On one hand, these granules have a high disinfection capacity; these unstabilised chlorines possess qualities similar to chlorine. Indeed, they can effectively eliminate the bacteria present in your pool. Versatile, these inorganic chlorines can be used either as a preventive measure: 70 g for 10 m3 to be diluted in a bucket at a rate of 15 g/L of water to be poured into the pool in front of the returns once a week. But they are also useful during curative treatments, particularly for shock treatment. Moreover, thanks to their properties, they will not add any stabiliser as a supplement, thus maintaining the same effectiveness throughout use. That is why it is recommended to use these products when the stabiliser level reaches or exceeds 75 mg/l. On the other hand, the clarifying cartridges will provide an additional layer of filtration made of alumina salt that traps the finest particles. Thus, they will enhance the efficiency of your sand filter for perfectly clear water without effort all summer long!

Advice for using calcium hypochlorite granules:
Warning: calcium hypochlorite is incompatible with acidic products and all organic chlorines (pH reducer chlorine). In contact, it releases a toxic gas and the reaction can be explosive. Never allow chlorine and calcium hypochlorite to coexist in a skimmer or floating dispenser.
Please read the instructions for use for correct application of this product; please note that biocidal products should be handled with care.
Advice for using clarifying cartridges:
- Perform a backwash of the filter
- Adjust the pH between 7.2 and 7.6 to optimise the flocculating power of the REVAKLAR clarifier
- Place one flocculating cartridge in each skimmer (as many as the number of skimmers but at least 2 cartridges in total for a pool of 80/100 m3)
- Allow the filtration to run continuously for 24 to 48 hours after treatment
- Perform a backwash if necessary after the time indicated above
- Using REVA-KLAR clarifying socks once a month helps keep the water crystal clear
