It is difficult to know what the most important elements are during a dive, but visibility is certainly one of the main aspects. That is why Mares is constantly working to evolve its masks. The X-Vision Ultra LS was born, a technical and aesthetic evolution of the already very popular X-Vision LiquidSkin mask.

Many modifications have been made to a product that already offered high performance, making it a top choice mask that has been redesigned and is easier to wear. The X-Vision Ultra LS features a new bi-silicone skirt that allows it to adapt to many face shapes. The shape of the skirt has been optimized, ensuring a perfect seal:

1. A reduction of the softest part to limit crushing.
2. A new geometry at the base of the nose that is stiffer and more significant, limiting water entry.
3. The shape of the skirt and the inner lip is now more progressive, without breaks.
4. Elliptical skirt shape, ensuring better support and a better seal.

The nose area features small ribs, already present on the X-Vision model, but improved to allow for balancing and provide greater comfort over a longer duration. The two-button buckles make adjustments easier,

even with gloves. The strap is made of bi-silicone: one part is softer, behind the head, offering improved comfort, and a stiffer part ensures better stability and support around the buckles.

However, the two versions with transparent skirts are made of ULTRA silicone and offer a transparency similar to that of glass. With the added advantage of not yellowing over time, even after years of use and sun exposure.

This is a first-class mask that has received a prestigious award, the "Red Dot Design Award" for its ergonomic and reliable design.

This mask has been manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the CE regulation 2016 / 425 for PPE (category 1) following the NF EN 16805 standard.
