The GENIUS MARES is the essential tool for demanding divers. With its high-resolution colour screen, it offers optimal visibility of essential dive data.
Its robustness and ability to manage multiple gas mixtures make it a reliable companion for your underwater explorations. Weighing only 335g and with a battery life of 40 hours, it records up to 100 dives, allowing you to relive your adventures.
The MARES Genius is compatible with trimix and nitrox mixtures, and its wireless operation with diving tanks ensures real-time monitoring of remaining air pressure (air management probe available as an OPTION here). The GENIUS MARES diving computer manages both Trimix and Nitrox dives with gas changes. Thanks to the ability to receive data from 5 high-pressure probes (available as an OPTION here), it allows integrated gas supply management, optimizing bottom and decompression times based on the remaining gas.
The GENIUS MARES uses the new decompression algorithm ZH-L16C with 16 tissues with a differentiated ascent rate according to altitude and the ability to modify the gradient factor to manage the shape of the decompression curve to your liking.
Among the various menus, there is one with a bar graph, in which all the tissues are represented in order of half-time, thus allowing for immediate awareness of the saturation level.
In Depth Gauge mode, the GENIUS MARES OFFERS a bottom stopwatch mode that provides all pressure data if you have connected probes and, in addition to the usual standard data, a compass, average depth, and a stopwatch, both with the possibility of resetting.
Finally, at the surface, the Planner Mode of the GENIUS MARES allows you to virtually simulate the decompression of a first dive and, after setting a surface interval, also of a second dive and so on, continuing to set the surface interval each time.

All our diving computers are covered by the manufacturer's legal two-year warranty, excluding battery wear. However, CABESTO covers any potential premature battery wear within six months of purchase, after checking the memory and condition of the diving computer.

2.7 inch Screen
The colour screen is made of scratch-resistant mineral glass and the 4 buttons are easily accessible even with waterproof gloves. Featuring a backlight, a diagonal of 2.7 inches, and protected by scratch-resistant mineral glass, it offers 3 horizontal zones for data display with the option to choose, on two bands, what should appear in the foreground. The resolution is QVGA 320 x 240 with 256,000 colours and a brightness of 420 cd/m2.
Multi mode, multi gas and TRIMIX
In Dive mode, the Mares Genius supports Trimix and Nitrox dives, with oxygen between 6% and 99%, and displays all necessary data.
