2D CHIRP Technology (max: 150M depth)

This technology is primarily used for fish detection.

The frequency ranges are low to medium frequencies (between 50 or 83 and 200 KHz).

The 2D CHIRP technology allows for greater depths than with Down Scan and Structure Scan.

You can explore depths of up to 150 m depending on the chosen transducer.

DOWN SCAN IMAGING TECHNOLOGY (max: 50M depth)

The frequency range is between 455 and 800 KHz.

The transducer projects a vertical beam, providing a "frontal" view of underwater elements.

Thus, if you want to observe a shipwreck, for example, the Down Scan will show you a view of the wreck as if it were facing you.

This beam allows you to clearly distinguish what is directly beneath your boat.

Thanks to Down Scan, you get a clear image of the seabed, and you are especially able to differentiate the various elements present, notably separating fish from structures.

SIDE SCAN TECHNOLOGY (max: 50m depth)

Where Down Scan emits a relatively targeted vertical beam, Side Scan technology allows for scanning a very wide area under the boat.

Thus, if you want to observe a shipwreck, the Side Scan will show you a view of the wreck as if it were beneath you, providing a top-down view.

Thanks to the combination of technologies, the scanning is more extensive, without ever compromising image quality.

The transducer allows for a broader scan, as well as adding relief and depth to the observed elements.

The image you will have available will be somewhat "compressed," like a sheet being folded, allowing for a side view of both sides of the object.
