LOCTITE® LB 8030 is a dark yellow mineral oil formulated with extreme pressure (EP) additives to protect cutting tools during operations such as drilling, sawing, and general machining. This lubricant enhances tool life by reducing wear, allows for higher production speeds, and improves the surface finish of the workpiece. It is suitable for use on steel, stainless steel, and most non-ferrous metals. However, it is not recommended for use on aluminum, titanium, or copper alloys where appearance is important.
