Guindeau VX2 - 1000W - Ø 8 or 10 mm - With or Without drum - Lewmar
This windlass is mounted on a composite/stainless steel base.
Its mixed gypsy consists of a bronze core and 2 highly resistant polymer flanges that receive the links of the chain.
This design allows for great durability, provides lightness, and a quieter operation.
It has a mixed gypsy (therefore compatible with chain and rope) and is equipped with a magnet for the chain counter.
The gypsy is equipped with a magnet for the chain counter.
The LEWMAR VX2 windlass is made of 316 stainless steel throughout its cover.
This windlass is mounted on a composite/stainless steel base.
It is a vertical axis windlass, which therefore requires a minimum of space in the anchor locker as its motor is housed under the deck.
This will allow for a reduced windlass height and make it more discreet on the deck.
The contact surface between the chain and the gypsy is approximately 180° (which allows for better chain retention). This windlass includes a manual control so that the chain or rope can be retrieved manually in case of failure of the electric function.
The VX2 at 1000W offers a maximum pull of 1025 kg, providing excellent performance and great value for money for the market range of units from 9 to 13 M.
Cover and motor: IP67
