Application Instructions:
- Surface Preparation:
- Wood: Degrease thoroughly with an appropriate solvent. Sand the surface with P180-240 grit sandpaper. Dust off thoroughly. Apply 2 coats of the primer for submerged areas.
- Metal: Degrease thoroughly with an appropriate solvent. Strip to white using abrasive blasting to Sa ½ standard. If this is not possible, grind with P24/P36 grade to achieve a uniform appearance and a roughness of 50 to 75 microns. Apply 2 to 3 coats of the primer for emerged areas as soon as possible (within 4 hours).
- Application: Apply the primer using a brush, roller, airless, or pneumatic spray gun. Dilute with 10 to 15% water, depending on the equipment used.
