Application Instructions:
- Surface Preparation:
- Good Condition: Clean with a suitable detergent, rinse with fresh water, and let dry. Sand with abrasive grade 280/320.
- Poor Condition: Remove all old coatings. Apply primer to exposed areas. Sand with abrasive grade 80/180, followed by sanding with abrasive grade 220.
- Metal Surfaces: Degrease with cleaning solvent. Sand with abrasive paper grade 180/220. Clean thoroughly and let dry. Apply primer to exposed areas.
- Application:
- Method: Apply by brush, roller, airless, or pneumatic spray gun.
- Thinning: If necessary, thin with Jet Black thinner between 5% and 20%, depending on the equipment used.
- Coats: Apply 2 to 3 coats, allowing adequate drying time between each.
