Antifouling for propeller and outboard - Trilux Prop-o-Drev

Trilux Prop-O-Drev is a hard matrix antifouling particularly suitable for use on outboards, propellers, and shafts.

APPLICATION AND USE

Preparation

Apply 2 coats of VC Prop-O-Dev Primer on bare metal or on original paints.

DO NOT APPLY directly on aluminium or light alloys.

For a better result, remove old antifoulings, or, if necessary, sand with 240 grit abrasive.

Method

Hold the aerosol about 10-15cm from the surface.

Apply a minimum of 3 coats (30 minutes between coats).

Tips

Mixing

Shake the aerosol vigorously.

As soon as the sound of the mixing ball is audible, shake the aerosol for at least 2 minutes before use.

After use, hold the aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for about 2 seconds to clean it.

Other tips

Ensure to apply the entire recommended amount, even if this requires applying an additional coat.

It is essential to apply a sufficient thickness for good performance.
