INTERSTRIP Antifouling Stripper

Specially formulated to gently remove antifouling, Interstrip AF is a paint stripper that does not damage gelcoats.

Effectively removes the antifouling layer.

Application with a brush by dabbing.

It does not harm the gelcoat; the antifouling softens after 10 minutes.

All that is left is to use a scraper to remove it.

Preparation

Remove non-adhering antifoulings by washing with high-pressure fresh water.

Define the areas to be stripped.

Methods

Apply generously with a used wide brush (75­150mm) by dabbing to achieve a satisfactory thickness.

Work around the hull in sections of 1 to 2 metres, ensuring good ventilation.

Allow to act on the surface for a minimum of 10 minutes.

Remove with a wooden scraper while the product is still soft.

It may be necessary to apply several coats to achieve the recommended thick layer.

Cleaning Tips

Clean with fresh water while it is still damp.

After the product has dried, use Thinner No. 3 to clean your maintenance equipment.
