In calm seas or at night, we recommend a very slow retrieve. Take advantage of its suspending action to further amplify this slowness with pauses of several seconds. With its round bill, it displaces a lot of water even at the slowest retrieval speeds. During the cast, the steel beads move towards the tail of the lure, optimizing casting distances.
