ALLURE 3 BURNER COOKER - ENO

Combined marine stove/oven, the ENO Allure is a gas cooker specially designed for boats mounted on gimbals (swinging).

This version offers 3 gas burners, an enameled interior oven, without a grill.

When it comes to ovens for boats, ENO needs no introduction, being one of the leading European brands in onboard cooking well known to all sailors. 

Made in France, the Niort brand offers numerous cooking solutions for boats thanks to its recognized and reputed expertise.

This gas cooker is therefore part of the Allure range which was previously known as "Gascogne".

It provides all the essential elements for comfort and safety : thermocouple, gimbal mounting, flame guard, and oven door latch.

It is actually a variation of the Grand Large version with a very refined design: wooden handle and black oven door.

This version is therefore equipped with 3 burners and an enameled oven.

For very high durability, the Allure cooker for boats is made of stainless steel.

For installation, it is gas powered (butane or propane) regulated to 30 mBar (French standard).

For installation, the built-in dimensions are H 523 x D 530 x W 548 mm.

Gas Connection to the Cooker

For gas supply, this cooker is CE certified for butane (28 - 30 Mbar), LPG (30 mBar) and propane (30 - 37 mBar) and is therefore also suitable if, like many, you have CAMPINGAZ gas bottles (R901, R904 or R907).

Behind the cooker, there is a gas inlet connection RST 8 mm, which means a reinforced stainless steel pipe with a diameter of 8 mm (outer) designed to receive an RSV 8 mm connection.

An RSV connection is a double cone fitting whose sealing is achieved via an olive by compressing the pipe and the olive.

As the gas inlet pipe of the cooker is reinforced, there is no need to add a crush-resistant sleeve.
