Polyurethane adhesive mastic EMFI PU 403 - grey 300ml

EMFI PU 403 Polyurethane Sealant - Grey 300ml high modulus polyurethane sealant designed for bonding various building materials and for creating sealing and expansion joints. EMFIMASTIC PU 40 FC is a one-component elastomeric sealant based on polyurethane that possesses high elasticity, good tear resistance, and weather resistance. It benefits from the SNJF label on anodised aluminium and mortar in category 25E.

SUBSTRATES
They must be flat, dry, free of dust, grease, or other contaminants that could impair adhesion. Sand metal surfaces if necessary. Clean again after sanding. Allow surfaces to dry after degreasing. It is recommended to strip concrete with a wire brush.

USAGE ADVICE
Apply using a manual or pneumatic gun. After application, smooth the joint with soapy water using a spatula. This product should be used within 24 hours of opening the cartridge or pouch protection; otherwise, the sealant may harden. In cold weather, store at around 20°C before use. During polymerisation, avoid any contact with hybrid MS PU polymers or unpolymerised silicones, as well as with alcohols or ammonia. Clean tools with methyl ethyl ketone or acetone when the sealant is not polymerised. After polymerisation, abrasion is necessary. Use EMFI products with caution.
