Mastic HighPower EMFI Turbo - White 290ml

Mastic HighPower EMFI Turbo - White 290ml is a high-viscosity, high-modulus, one-component elastomeric sealant based on next-generation polymer. It exhibits good adhesive properties, high immediate tack, and a fast skin formation time.

SUBSTRATES
The substrates to be bonded must be clean, flat, dry, free from dust, grease, or other contaminants that could impair adhesion.
If the substrates need to be cleaned, use EMFINET 683, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), acetone, or the degreaser SAPOCOL GR 1001. For materials sensitive to ketones, use EMFINET 688/1 or ethanol.

USAGE ADVICE
If necessary, apply a primer – consult our technical service if needed.
It is recommended to strip the concrete, particularly the cement laitance, with a wire brush and then dust off.
If necessary, sand the metal surfaces (especially in the presence of oxidation). After sanding, clean them again with a solvent, allowing for a 10-minute evaporation time.
