WD-40 is multifunctional:

- It quickly eliminates short circuits caused by moisture.

- It loosens: the strong adhesion of WD-40 to metal and its lubricating properties ensure the constant operation of freed parts.

- It lubricates: one of the main components of WD-40 is an active and permanent lubricant.

- It protects: the film formed by WD-40 provides protection against water, moisture, and their corrosive effects. This action is durable and preventive.

- It removes residues.

WD-40 is compatible with plastic surfaces, non-porous rubbers, and rigid metals. This includes materials based on acetal, neoprene, poly sulfone copolymer PPS, rigid rubber, high-density polyethylene, Teflon, Viton, steel, galvanized steel, copper, brass, magnesium, nickel, tin, aluminium, titanium, and zinc.

Precautions for use:

- The WD-40 aerosol is a loosening agent. It should not be applied to braking surfaces (the contact surface between the disc and the brake pad), nor should it be used as brake cleaner.
